Lender Representation

An intricate part of the firm's real estate practice is the representation of lending institutions in residential closings. This work includes coop, condo and house refinances/CEMA's and purchases. The firms goal on each transaction is to provide both the borrower and the lender with the highest quality of service. We pride ourselves in knowing that when the transaction is concluded the borrower has a full understanding of each document being signed and the purpose of each fee on the settlement statement. Borrowers are made to feel comfortable with their transaction so when they purchase or refinance in the future they want to use the same lender or broker again.
